Device Disable Issue Azure AD

 (Note: You need admin credentials to perform this task)

To Solve Above Issue, follow the steps:

  • Login into portal.azure.com
  • Go to Azure Active Directory
  • Click on Devices
  • Find that user device with their user name
  • Click on that user and hit on Enable
